Having traveled to Washington, D.C., back in the summer, I can attest to the horrible traffic mess that characterizes the capital city. The even traffic rush on Friday created an expected jam. The Baltimore-Washington Parkway resembled a parking lot.
With millions headed up for the Obama inauguration on Tuesday, I can only imagine what traffic will be like. I hope those attending will get an early start.
