		<description>To answer your second question, absolutely not. Voter ID only addresses one kind of voter fraud: voter impersonation. These voters didn&#039;t impersonate anyone, the system just didn&#039;t catch that they had already voted.

Another example of why spending millions of dollars on a voter ID system that will disenfranchise tens of thousands of voters doesn&#039;t make sense.
